In 1988 Sarah Tyson, Robert Tyson and Daren Podbury launched Avery Estate Agentsat 199 Milton Road. Sarah and Daren two young, very enthusiastic, fully trained estate agents, alongside Robert an established entrepreneur in the local area decided the time was right to open their own Estate Agency.

From the outset their aim was to provide a first-class personal service to customers looking to purchase or sell property within Weston, Worle and the surrounding villages.
