In 1988 Sarah Tyson, Robert Tyson and Daren Podbury launched Avery Estate Agentsat 199 Milton Road. Sarah and Daren two young, very enthusiastic, fully trained estate agents, alongside Robert an established entrepreneur in the local area decided the time was right to open their own Estate Agency.
From the outset, their aim was to provide a first-class personal service to customers looking to purchase or sell property within Weston, Worle and the surrounding villages.
Avery Estate Agents have witnessed many major changes within the industry over the past 35 years experiencing drastic high and lows within the market sector however proudly we have continued to develop and grow throughout the years remaining an independent company. The ethics and beliefs of Avery have never altered and remain the same to this day and will continue for many years to come.
Managing Director, Daren, still has the same drive and determination over and above his competitors and has passed this on to our new generation Avery team who offer an excellent balance of youth and experience they have a desire to achieve the best possible results for our clients, sharing enthusiasm and skill to demonstrate exactly what our motto promotes;
