Avery’s have been amazing from start to finish with the sale of our house. Max sold our house within two weeks, setting up suitable buyers and so professional at all times. He carried out all the viewings and was really quick to give us feedback after each viewing, making the process very smooth. From there Daren and Mandy took over the sale process and nothing has been too much trouble. We had problems with the house we were buying, with another agent, which they supported and guided us through! The communication has been second to none, they’ve all gone above and beyond. Can’t fault Avery, Georgie has been so helpful. We have had so many problems with previous agent and Avery have been amazing. Their communication with landlords is great no 28 day waiting periods which has been an issue in the past. The house I’ve rented is in very clean and well look after, you can tell they ensure they provide the best properties and care about their tenants.
